Research interest
  My interests lie in the interplay between genetic, epigenomic and transcriptional variability, and the effect of this variability on human disease. During my PhD, I studied the consequences of genetic variation on gene transcription and regulation, in the context of diabetes research. I am currently working on identifying subsets of genomic variants to predict risk of complex disease.
