Listing of the harmonization options based on the improvement possibilities of the pipelines: center_a, center_b, center_c.

The different combinations are described using the _and_and_or_symbols. baseline refers to the pipeline without any modification._and_refers to the intersection of two different outputs (you may use ONCOLINER's VCF intersection tool). For example, baseline_and_variant_caller_1 represents the output of the intersection of the results of the pipeline and variant caller 1._or_refers to the union of two different outputs (you may use ONCOLINER's VCF union tool).
